A Tribute to Our Tables and Their Maker
Jim makes some of the most beautiful tables I have ever seen. They are made of salvaged pallet wood which he gets from the construction site at the Hershey West factory. The wood is some type of European Spruce or Fir and I have never seen such beautiful scrap wood. I can't believe we are fortunate enough to have Jim making these beautiful picnic tables for us. We are happy to share a table with you if you would like to come out and have a picnic in the vines or enjoy our live shows this summer. I have a few pictures of Jim's production process which begins with his disassembled pallets. Progresses through his tables aw and planer before he cuts, assembles and polyurethanes the final product. Here is a sequence of pictures showing his progress.
